What is the minimum shipment size you accept?
There is no hard minimum. We handle single-pallet LCL consignments and air parcels as readily as full container loads.
How long does a quotation take?
Standard lanes are usually quoted the same working day. Project cargo or unusual routings may take two to three days while we confirm with carriers.
Do you handle customs clearance at destination?
Yes. We arrange clearance at both origin and destination through our own brokers and vetted overseas agents, and can act as importer of record where required.
Can you collect cargo directly from my supplier?
We arrange factory pickup across mainland China, Hong Kong and much of Southeast Asia, including consolidation of goods from several suppliers into one shipment.
Is my cargo insured?
Carrier liability is limited by convention, so we recommend all-risk cargo insurance. We can arrange cover per shipment based on invoice value.
Which currencies and payment terms do you work with?
We invoice in USD, HKD, CNY and EUR. Terms depend on the account, and we can work with letters of credit for larger trade transactions.
